2 groups, 20 yards apart. One pax each side overhead carries. One group is doing side lunge, 3 SSH at the top, then lunge other side. Other group is doing 4 180° burpees followed by 8 sumo squats.
Interlocking Circles of Pain
horse stance, start with 2 pax and go around circle opp. ways. 10 low country crab boil/10 pike pushups. Go until everyone has done both.
Stay in the circle, every 2nd guy picks up a coupon. Step back to a lunge, and start passing rocks around the circle. When you get your rock, pause, switch legs, and go back the other way.
Mary:
Grip, Rip, and Roll (GRRs) – On your 6: 1 Am Hammer, coupon down, roll up to a plank, then down on the other side. R&R’d until the mumblechatter was sufficient.
Hips-up holds (bridges) (if you have low back pain, or sit a lot for work, this core stabilizer work can really help).
