THE 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS

The pax started at the North Pole with day 1, then took a trip to the grinder and back (YHC muffed the mechanics a bit but we still sweat a lot). Next came day 2! Pax complete day 2 and day 1 exercises and then took a trip back to the grinder. Each day built on the next to finish the 12 days of Christmas!

MARY: MEDIC!
Pax held plank in a line while on Pax (the medic) carried the medical gear (Cindy) up and down the line until someone yelled “MEDIC!”. Both pax did 3 merkins to be received and the planking pax swapped with the medic and looked for the next in need! Convoy helped point out it may not be best to yell “MEDIC!” In a park, especially while the cops were there…
