F3 Tucson is 1 Year Old today!

We celebrated with a “bring two things” 2-mile ruck with mini beatdown since we don’t yet have a Monday AO.

We donned, with “PRIDE”, the best party hats that amazon had to offer, equipped ourselves with Noise Makers(which are essential for IC workouts) and set off for greatness.

Things brought were a neck pillow and 20-lb mug (Dovetail ), a weight bar and a 10-lb sled (CareBear), a wiffle bat and a basketball (Audit ), a pineapple and a maple bat (Capsized ), and a medicine ball and a rubber ball (Wax On ).

BTW, Dovetail’s Mug is the most versatile coupon available! It leaves quite a crater when launched through the air!

We rucked 1 mile at ao-the-union. Stopped for:

10 Ruck Merkins
10 Ruck Squats
10 Ruck Standing Chest Presses
10 Ruck Skull Crushers
and 10 Ruck Monkey Humpers! (4 is 1)

Then we rucked back to the vehicles.
