WARMUP: The Thang WAS the warmup. At least, I think we were all pretty warm by the end of The Thang THE THANG:
We didn’t make it all the way through, but if we had, we would have hade a 1776 total (partner-style counting). But we only made it through #3 for our second time around.
HOWEVER, as someone pointed out, there were 17 total PAX, and we DID make it through 76 burpees, so we accomplished 1776 anyway. Congrats, PAX.
Below was the plan. We made it all the way through the first round and up to #3 for the 2nd round. Partner switch after every 3 sets
