WARMUP: Good mornings / Grass grabbers / Tie Fighters / Merkin to side plank / legs OYO/ Tubthumping: SSH with a burpee (27) for every “I get knocked down”.

THE THANG:
Thang 1: Split into partners.
P1 AMRAP exercise while P2 goes come to cone with 5 merkins at each cone until they reach 30 and then switch.

Second round similar with cones farther apart and reverse lunge instead of jump squat. Partners switch after 10 merkins this round and still total 30.

Thang 2: Had to change on the fly from here on out as playground equipment that was planned to be used was under construction…..

Cones moved farther apart and we did 11s with the exercises being Carolina Drydocks and American hammers (2is1). The MOT was backpedal.

Thang 3: Over to pony wall.
First round half the pax did single leg squats (10 each leg) while other half did Mt Climbers and then switch.

Second round same concept but with derkins instead of squats.

Thang 4: Just enough time for 1 more partner exercise.
Dueling burpees!! P1 does a burpee while P2 rests and then switch. Cumulative 30 burpees per partners.

Today Dovetail spoke about the M which is our wives and how we must cherish and build that relationship constantly. Marriage is hard, it takes work and is not what society says it should be. In fact it’s better! We love our Ms and find true joy with our partners. Remember to love and cherish your Ms and constantly deposit and invest in the most important earthly relationship you have.
