In honor of an Oldie (Squash ) we relived a workout we did in the past (The Goodie) as we shaped our bodies to become Thor.
Warmup:
Grass grabbers / Abe Vigodas / SSH / Mt Climbers / Copperhead merkins
The Thang: Becoming Thor
Eight rounds of 8 reps per exercise starting from the ground and working our way up.
1: Mt Climbers 2:1
2: Cindy Merkins
3: Groiners
4: Ruh Rohs
5: Cindy Squats
6: CFGs
7: Wonder Bra
8: Lunges
9: Shoulder Press
10: Skull Crusher
Rinse and repeat 4 times then we ran to stop sign to recover.
At stop sign we performed motivatoresque squats and merkins. Narrow squats / Regular squats / Sumo squats – all 8 reps each
Ranger merkins / regular merkins / wide grip merkins – 8 reps each
Mosey back to AO for another 4 rounds of the BD.
