Happy 3rd Birthday to ao-the-bluff! We celebrated the three year milestone by bringing back a portion of the original Q and then went on from there!

WARMUP:
Grass grabbers/ good mornings / SSH / Abe Vigodas / Copperhead merkins 3 penalty burpees for late arrival by Yaris

THE THANG:
Thang 1: Hill + Burpee
The original Q had us do descending burpees up the hill from 5 to 1 as we ran up the hill. This morning we did ascending burpees starting at 1 and finishing w/ 5 at the top.

Mosey down to stop sign where we had more penalty burpees, 10 this time thanks to Wreck-it Ralph

Thang 2: Starfish with Weight vests
Spread out around edge of bball court. Lunge walk to the middle, reverse lunge walk out to where the pax on your right was and perform 10 weighted merkins. Rinse and repeat until arriving back to your starting point. 50 merkins completed.

Round 2 was the same except switch the lunge walk with low and slow defensive slides. 50 merkins completed.

Thang 3: Pony wall with weighted vests
Step ups (2 is 1) and erkins – 5 rounds with 10 reps per exercise each round. 50 erkins completed.

Mosey (with vests if desired) to stop sign and back and then recover.

Mary was skipped because Q wanted to.

Announcements and COT completed: families and students.

Notes from today:
– Yaris did his best Capsized impersonation by never taking his pack of today. Beast!! But his neck paid for it……
– Great EC run with Wagon Wheel . We missed Wreck-it Ralph as he again got stuck in traffic…..thankfully penalty burpees don’t start with EC…….
– Q was feeling it today and had difficulty cooling off. Sweat through 2 shirts AFTER shower and cooldown before finally finding something for work.
– Wreck-it Ralph , despite missing EC, received his F3 handband from Audit for running at least 5 miles for EC cumulatively. Thanks for the push man!!
