THE THANG:

“4-spoke workout”

The Center is 25 merkins: run to each station for the exercise, then back to the center for 25 more merkins, before running out to the next sideline. Most pax went clockwise … but a few rebels went the other way :man-raising-hand:

Stations:
(south) Sideline = 25 big boys sit ups
(north) Sideline = 25 toilet squats
(west) Sideline = 5 pull-ups, Aussie pull-ups, or Cindy curls (east) Sideline = 25 Cindy curls
