Welcome to the Family-style beatdown!! I am wrecking ball, and I get to be your co-Q today. I will bookend our workout (beatdown), and BeWell will walk us through the thang (workout).

I am not a professional, so please modify as necessary. If you need any suggestions, ask myself, BeWell, or one of the veterans.

F3 has 5 core principles, and I called on PAX spontaneously to name them: – It’s always free

The 5 FNG’s were assigned ‘battle buddies’, and we got started.

THE THANG: BeWell Q’d the BD/Game, and will fill this part in. We broke up into 4 groups of 5 and had some good old fashioned competition.

– The Q-source leadership principle is about “Meeting”: Show up for yourself and for others. When you’re feeling low, people ‘above’ can lend a hand and help, and you can always lend a hand ‘down’ to somebody who’s in a worse place than you. James 5:16 says to confess our sins to one another, and pray for one another, for the prayers of a righteous person (one who is right with God) have much power. Hebrews 10 tells us to pray for one another, and to gather together as fellow Christians, rather than neglecting the charge for us to consistently gather together for worship, support, & strengthening. – Prayer for BeWell and his FNG/M, “S.O.B.” as they prepare to leave for LV-NV
– Prayer for Solo Cup & his soon-to-be M, “Brony” as they are 8 days out from getting married!

We ended with an incredible feast together, eating delicious brisket (thank you Chicken scratch !!), and Cafecito/fruit/donuts/etc (thank you to BeWell, Capsized, & Sockos!).
