❗️Pressure Shot❗️
Pax took turns after each rd to make a shot with burpees on the line. Make the shot. No burpees. Miss it. Burpees according to the shot level the pax chose for himself.

Free Throw: 15 Burpees
3 Point Line: 10 Burpees
Half Court: 5 Burpees

The rest of pax that didn’t take a pressure shot between rounds took turns with the rock and made their own wagers of exercises.

Free Throws Ain’t Free!
Pax lined up at the free throw line and started with 11 burpees. Each pax that made it reduced the fina burpees count by one. The pax ended up with 7 burpees!

Next round started at 20 toilet squats. We did 19!
